The villa is situated in Can Tomas, a couple of minutes drive from the main Ibiza Town to San Antonio road. The rural location ensures privacy whilst being convenient for all attractions on this compact island.

The five bedroom villa is laid out on two levels as described below. It was recently completely renovated by a talented interior designer including new kitchen appliances, audio visual equipment and air conditioning. All furnishings are to a very high standard.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.

Upper Level

Lounge / Dining Area
Generous comfortable seating area, large dining table (seating 10), fireplace, 50" plasma satellite TV, DVD, Playstation 3, iPod dock music, air conditioning. Opens onto a very large terrace.

Kitchen
Very large well equipped kitchen. gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. An external utility room houses a washer, dryer and family-sized fridge.

Bedroom One (Master)
Large double bed (180cm x 200cm), en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Dressing area. satellite TV, air conditioning and safe. This room has a private terrace that leads directly to the pool area.

Bedroom Two
Twin bedroom, two beds each 90cm x 200cm. Adjacent toilet and wash basin. iPod dock music system. Air conditioning. Superb views.

Lower Level

Bedroom Three (Master)
Large double canopy bed (180cm x 200cm), en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Direct access to terrace. Satellite LCD TV, DVD and air conditioning.

Bedroom Four
Twin bedroom, two beds (90cm x 200cm), iPod dock music system and direct access to terrace and swing. Air conditioning.

Bedroom Five
Doubles as games room, includes LCD satellite TV, Playstation 3. Sofa bed sleeps two. Air Conditioning.

Bathroom
Bath and shower.

Garden

The extensive gardens with unobstructed country views are maintained by a local landscape gardener. Features include two al fresco dining areas, various trees including orange tree. Even with a full villa, our guests are guaranteed to find part of the garden that they can escape to.

Barbecue (BBQ)

Sperate barbecue area with three built in barbecue for separate meat, fish and vegetable cooking, along with plumbed kitchen area. Secluded chill out area with comfortable sofas, dining table (seats 10) and chairs. There is shading and amazing views.

Pool Area

The 12m x 5m chlorine free pool is ideal for an energetic morning swim, cooling off during the day, or taking an late evening dip with underwater lighting. The area around the pool includes ten sun loungers and shaded areas. The pool is maintained weekly.

Music and Play

The Ibiza villa features a Soundcast Outcast wireless outdoor speaker with iCast transmitter with iPod dock. The table tennis table features both two and one player configurations. Wireless internet access allows guests to keep in touch with friends and family
